Do you teach online, in person, or both?

Both. Online lessons happen worldwide via video call. In Lima I teach in person at your home or office — there is no fixed studio.

How much do lessons cost?

Individual lessons start at $25 / hour, with packs of 10 and 15 lessons available at a reduced rate. Group and conversation rates are also available.

Do you prepare students for the DELE exam?

Yes — all six CEFR levels (A1–C2), including diagnostic testing, mock exams, and exam-day strategy.

Do I need a starting level?

No. Students range from complete beginners to advanced. Start with the free level test if you'd like a placement.

Online or in person — what's the difference?

Pedagogically, nothing. We use the same materials, the same pace and the same depth. Online means we meet over a video call; in person means I come to your home or office anywhere in Lima. Many students mix both.

How much does it cost?

Individual lessons start at $30 per hour. Most students pick a 10- or 15-lesson pack for a reduced per-lesson rate. Group and conversation rates are also available — see the pricing section above.

Do you prepare students for the DELE?

Yes — all six levels (A1 to C2). We start with a diagnostic, focus on the weakest sections, and finish with timed mock exams and exam-day strategy. More about DELE prep.

Do you teach business or technical Spanish?

Often. Diplomatic protocol, medical Spanish, contract review, board presentations — we shape the materials around your real work. Send me the kind of meetings you're in and we'll build from there.

I'm a complete beginner — is that fine?

Yes. About a third of students start from zero. The free level test is optional; we can also just talk on WhatsApp and figure out the starting point together.

What's included in a lesson?

A planned session built around your goals, all materials (readings, audio, articles, literature, PDF books and workbooks), homework if you want it, and notes after the call.
